Over $22 million in philanthropic support was received by the Cabrini Foundation during the past year. The strong support of our community is reflected in this remarkable achievement. Since its founding 22 years ago, Cabrini Foundation continues to create ways for patients, their families, and our community to connect and show gratitude, enabling Cabrini to provide exceptional care for patients, now and in the future.

In the words of Megan Potter, Director of Cabrini Foundation, said “It is a testament to the generosity of our donors and supporters as well as the unwavering dedication and passion of our healthcare workers that we have been able to ensure every patient receives excellence in care, for life. This generous funding has enabled Cabrini to upgrade its hybrid theatre, ensuring patients have access to state-of-the-art facilities and advanced technology. It has also enabled us to purchase the latest medical equipment and technologies, ensuring that our healthcare professionals have access to the best tools available to deliver exceptional patient care.

Moreover, donors have played a significant role in the establishment of the Endowed Chair of Colorectal Cancer Research. This prestigious position will not only enhance the research capabilities but will also help drive advancements in our understanding of the disease, ultimately leading to better treatments and outcomes for patients.

In addition to supporting research, programs and refurbishments, our donors have also invested in education scholarships for nurses. These scholarships recognize the importance of continuous learning and professional development within the healthcare sector. By investing in the future of our nurses, we ensure that Cabrini remains at the forefront of patient care.

Furthermore, Cabrini is proud to announce the development of a new app that is revolutionising cardiac patient care. This app, developed in collaboration with leading experts in the field, utilises advanced algorithms and predictive analytics to improve outcomes and enhance overall patient care.
