 Current Working with Children (WWC) checks are required by new staff at the time of commencement in the following Cabrini areas/occupations:

  • All nursing staff rostered regularly to work in the Children’s Centre
  • All nurse bank staff who regularly to work in the Children’s Centre
  • All hotel services staff who regularly work in the Children’s Centre
  • All ward assistants and unit receptionists who regularly work in the Children’s Centre
  • All volunteers who regularly work in the Children’s Centre
  • All accredited medical and allied health staff who regularly practice in the Children’s Centre

Working with Children checks must be less than 5 years old from the date of issue. Ideally, the Working with Children check should be provided at time of interview for sighting and photocopying. If unavailable at interview, the WWC check must be provided at time of commencement if successful. To obtain a current Working with Children check click on the following link and follow the instructions. The cost of the WWC is the responsibility of the applicant.
