 Mums and bubs

An evidence-based 8-week group program for post-natal women that includes exercise run by a Physiotherapist and education sessions tailored for new mothers, to assist in recovery from childbirth and improve self-confidence.

 Mums in Training

The Mums in Training exercise class is an exercise and education class for pregnant women, at any stage of their pregrancy, enabling them to exercise under the supervision of a physiotherapist trained in women's health.

 Speech Pathology

Speech Pathologists are specialists trained in the assessment and management of communication and swallowing disorders. They can help people who have difficulty swallowing food and fluids, manage dry mouth symptoms, improve speech clarity and treat voice disorders. 

For people with voice problems, an assessment by an Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) Doctor is required before seeing the Speech Pathologist.

Diabetes Educators are accessible for consultation on all aspects of diabetes, including gestational diabetes, type 1 and 2 diabetes, and pre-diabetes. The Diabetes Education service helps you to make informed lifestyle choices related to your diabetes. The aim is to reduce the development of diabetes related complications whilst maintaining an optimal wellbeing.
