I am a fully credentialed Paediatric Urologist and Surgeon. I specialise in minimally invasive surgery and reconstructive urology.
I obtained my medical degree in Argentina at the University of Buenos Aires in 2002. I then underwent general surgery and paediatric surgery training in Argentina finishing in 2010. Towards the end of my training, I completed a fellowship in Paediatric Minimally Invasive Surgery at the Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children in Denver, Colorado. I then further sub-specialised in Paediatric Urology at the Garrahan Children’s Hospital in Buenos Aires - the most prestigious tertiary Paediatric Centre in the country - receiving complex patients from Argentina and neighbouring countries. After finishing my Paediatric Urology Fellowship in 2012, I was appointed as a Consultant Urologist at the same institution where I had a leading role in developing a minimally invasive Urology service.
I moved to Australia in 2014 and worked at the Monash Children’s Hospital as a Paediatric Urologist for five years before I joined the Royal Children’s Hospital in 2019 as a full time Urologist.
