This acquisition represents a strategic and commercial opportunity to integrate AxisHealth’s current products and brands and leverage the synergies of these with CTG’s existing businesses.

Acquiring these well-established businesses aligns with CTG’s medium and long term objectives of addressing the increasing pressure on health spending and to meet the growing technology requirements of customers.

Cabrini Technology Group Chief Tim Staker said the acquisition would provide growth opportunities for CTG into the future.
