Dr Clara Chan

I am a consultant nephrologist with expertise in the management of a broad range of renal related conditions, particularly the management of patients with acute and chronic kidney disease, difficult to control hypertension and haemodialysis patients.

I am a graduate of Monash University where I obtained my medical degree with first class honours and obtained my Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of Physicians (Nephrology) in 2013. I undertook my specialist training at tertiary centres in Melbourne, including the Alfred Hospital and Monash Health. As a renal physician, I have an Honorary appointment with Monash Health and work privately at Cabrini Health. I also oversee medical care of patients on haemodialysis at Fresenius Malvern Dialysis Clinic.

I am affiliated with the Cabrini-Monash Clinical School, and lecture in aspects of chronic kidney disease for the MBBS curriculum for medical students.
