Dr Colby Hart

I am an ophthalmologist with a specialisation in cataract surgery, corneal transplantation, and refractive laser surgery. I am a Victorian trained ophthalmologist who completed a fellowship in corneal transplantation at Liverpool in the United Kingdom to further hone my skills.

As an active researcher at the Centre for Eye Research Australia, I am deeply involved in advancing our understanding of various eye conditions, with a particular focus on the cornea. Additionally, I work across the cornea and general units at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital, where I am committed to providing the highest standard of care to my patients.

My expertise in cataract surgery, corneal transplantation, and refractive laser surgery allows me to offer a wide range of treatment options tailored to each patient’s unique needs. I am dedicated to helping my patients achieve optimal vision and quality of life through compassionate and comprehensive eye care.
