Dr Lisa Albert

I am a Consultant Adult Psychiatrist with extensive experience both overseas and in Australia. After completing my medical degree at the University of Cape Town in 2006, I specialized in psychiatry in South Africa in 2015 and completed a fellowship with RANZCP in Australia in 2019.

I specialize in the assessment and treatment of Depression, Anxiety, and Mood Disorders, with a focus on women aged 18-65. My approach involves creating personalised, holistic treatment plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams. I am dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal mental health, well-being, and quality of life. I consult in the public sector and privately.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, and pursuing ongoing learning and personal growth.
