The Pharmacy Department provides a fully comprehensive pharmaceutical service to all hospital inpatients, including patients discharging from the hospital, as well as to other healthcare professionals, medical and nursing staff.
About our pharmacy services
The Cabrini Pharmacy Department is a dedicated team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and store personnel. The Pharmacy Department is responsible for dispensing medicines prescribed to you while you are in hospital. Your hospital pharmacist will help ensure your medicines are safe and effective.
Our team provides a fully comprehensive pharmaceutical service to patients staying in our Malvern and Brighton hospitals. We also provide medication information to our clinicians and nursing staff, and other health care professionals.

Cabrini hospital pharmacists are actively involved in a number of oncology, rheumatology and general medicine focused clinical trials. We regularly review and develop policies, protocols and procedures relating to the safe and effective use of medicines in our hospitals.
Your medicines
When you are coming to our hospitals, it is important for us to know what medicines you are currently taking. We also need to know if there have been any recent changes to your medicines. This will help us to make sure you receive the right dose at the right time.
